The next two games are the last two teams to play their first games at Climate Pledge Arena. Both Ottawa and New Jersey making their first trips and they’ll all have made the trek. All first time playing team things will be over until the Kraken play a game in an NCAA arena next season. Lol.

I always thought the M's should bring in a Sonics song to replace it. I always thought the Blazers should have taken that up in Portland. That song is being failed by errybody in the Northwest.

Love the vibe guys. One of the few successful USFL teams were the Tampa Bay Bandits because they understood that sports is supposed to be fun, and brought in Burt Reynolds (the "Bandit") as a part owner to bless the proceedings. Team was fun (would have been even more if Jim Brown had actually come out of retirement to play for them, which was close).

That's my first pick as well. A LITTLE on the "what are we trying to communicate here?" from the M's standpoint, but that song, to me at least, is the best song to come out of the northwest in that entire decade.

I have a pretty funny story about Macklemore. My father-in-law and I were golfing a few years back and caught upto a twosome ahead of us who told us to play through. While still waiting for the group ahead of us, we joked around with them for a good 5-10 minutes before teeing off. Something about one of them looked familiar as were all the tattos on him but I didn't think twice.

When we were done golfing we got told by the pro that it was Macklemore. LOL. Seemed like a pretty good and genuine guy.

I do like the guy - he's got a wholesome vibe to him. To whatever extent we have him out there promoting the team, it can't be bad.

Good thing to involve people with ties to Seattle which others recognize as "Seattle people".

Also hoping for Marshawn to learn those names beforehand and announce every draft pick this summer.
