  • Warriors acquire Kyle Anderson (sign-and-trade) and Buddy Hield (sign-and-trade).
  • Hornets acquire Josh Green, Reggie Jackson, the Nuggets’ 2029 second-round pick, and the Nuggets’ 2030 second-round pick.
  • Timberwolves acquire a 2025 second-round pick, a 2031 second-round pick swap (from Warriors), and cash (from Warriors).
  • Sixers acquire the Mavericks’ 2031 second-round pick.
  • Nuggets acquire cash (from Hornets).

Why would the Nuggets straight up sell 2nd round picks in 5 or 6 years?

How did the Sixers get a 2nd from the Mavericks?
I honestly think it's hilarious. I think the NBA and NHL have the greatest discrepancies when it comes to trades. NHL trades are typically quite boring, even the huge blockbusters don't include a lot of moves. In comparison, the NBA regularly has these gigantic deals that basically resemble the Lindros return (not exactly, but the amount of assets moved is hilarious).
