This is true, chronic losing streaks wear pretty hard on me after years of them. I imagine due to the age and new structure it’s going to be a lot of this up and down stuff. Which is frustrating, but getting KJ back does help things a little bit. Now hopefully Fantilli can get on track.

Maybe it's possible it takes three seasons for our players to really breakout. Silly had a good rookie season and sophomore-slumped. KJ91 had a solid rookie season and sophomore slumped (not analyzing why in either case). Fantilli had a decent rookie season...maybe he struggles offensive in his sophomore season and the breakout comes in year three. Just saying. Again, not analyzing the why's.

Fantilli hasn’t even played a full season at the nhl level .. he’s played 68 games

For everyone who found this game entertaining I think I am in the minority. I do not find 7-6 games entertaining because it usually means lots of defensive mistakes and bad goaltending. Give me a well played 3-2 game any day. Don't misunderstand, love the way the boys didn't give up and fought back and I will take the win but this is not the kind of hockey I would enjoy watching on a game in-game out basis.

One would think and hope but sometimes it takes a couple of years of experience for everything to click

If I know it's coming, or if it's ongoing, I can find it entertaining. But the initial shock is definitely not pleasant, I'll agree there.
