I know Sarnia isn't great this year but gave us a fight back in December but I'd much rather play them in the first round compared to Flint. Both Sarnia and Flint are tied at 45 points right now.

We smoked Sarnia the 2 times previous to that game. Flint games always seem to be close. I'd prefer Sarnia. Maybe the best for travel as well?

Young XU got a taste of what to expect from opposing teams' grit players. He's a big boy and was caught off guard. I have a feeling it won't happen a 2nd time....

Yes!....to all the comments about Ellinas. He's truly missed and will definitely add to the top lines. Can't wait for his return.

For me, when a team resorts to diving, it seems like a desperation move to win. IMO.

For me, when a team resorts to diving, it seems like a desperation move to win. IMO.

The Knights always dive. It's only despiration in that they want to win badly enough that they will look silly or like shit heads by diving if it adds an extra PP chance. I think over the course of a season, it pays off and we might find distasteful, but it is a tool used toward winning a game.

If you were to watch the team play regularly it’s amazing the way the organization engrains in every player an insane desire to win. They develop an “us against them” mentality and actually I believe enjoy being the most hated team in the OHL if not all of Junior Hockey. Will do anything to win but if you remember Dale Hunters NHL career he played this way for many, many years. Yes the Turgeon hit was an “oopsie” moment but otherwise he was a fierce competitor.

Mark Hunter banned Fixter from entering the room and interviewing anyone representing the knights. Going against the league media policy.

There are grit players and knuckleheads. Bolton is the latter. Your correct on Xu. He is a big kid that plays a physical game which will develop going forward and he will be a fan favourite down the road. I think when it comes to "diving" the Knights use every weapon in their arsenal to acquire power plays. When a possum is stalked by a coyote it lays there like its dead and the coyote will fall for it. If the refs get sucked in it's an advantage. Most fans can't stand to see a player lay on the ice in a coma until the ref blows a whistle. Depends on the colour of the glasses you are wearing when it happens.

Personally I don't think much about the streak. But the pettiness is over the top.

I don't like it simply for the fact it's human error with the thing in question being caught on video and the power being held by Hunter. If we can call penalties we didn't see guess the guilty party and than review it and switch it to Ando on Tuesday why are we so against having the league review the video and having them make the final decision on if the assist stands or not? Seems like the right people to make that decision instead of that person being Hunter. If the league comes back and says it stands than I'm happy the streak stands at least it wasn't Hunter that held that power.

We've been told all year the streak isn't even official but we're also going to go on and on about a disputed assist. Who cares.
