Maybe this question would be better to post for teams more league wide to see and not just us Rangers fans.

My suspicion is that Hamara will be the only import on the team. Mesar seems to be going to the AHL, Probezal is staying back home for the year and Kiviharju is a long shot at best.

Are there any teams with three Euros going to camp and one will need to be traded off? I can’t see a huge trade market for that player but they could be a depth player for Kitchener.
This is a development year not a compete year. We don't need to trade assets for a depth player(s)

Agree. But we won’t be reloading, it’ll be a rebuild and we’ll be bad, period. But yes, opportunity is there for the the young core to step up and entertain.

Derek Roy and Jeff Skinner rookie seasons come to mind.
And I don't mind bad as long as bad gets better over the season and the team plays hard, never gives up, and let's the other team know they were in a game. Minimize the blowouts and cherish the wins when they get them. Parsons is going to have to play on his head and DeFelice settle in fast. Trial by fire.

Repeat of the 08-09 season please!

Can Parsons be this year’s Parker VanBuskirk? Can a Romano or Stark be this year’s Skinner?

And we sold off graduating vets that year for solid return. Let’s get that done again.

The thing I like most about these hires is I really don't see "video coach" in the articles describing their experience. Everybody involved with any hockey team from the GM down to the stick boy is a video coach these days. iPads are passed around after ever shift now. We all see players look at their stick if they miss a sure goal. They can't blame their stick anymore when it's all there for the world to see on the iPad. :)

I'm sure there is. Pod was created by their play by play guy. But "every single Kitchener guy hired" so far is two guys and only the HC got extended time. So....
im just teasing you, i remember the first podcast you guys both had kitchener rangers as your player of the week and prospect of the week, i laughed hard. its human to talk about what you know the most about first.

Sorry, you said player of the week and prospect of the week. You just meant prospect? Yes, but I will say it was one of only two times all season I had a Kitchener player. Just sayin'
i got confused in my old age, like i said, its pretty common for media guys to talk about the team they cover more then any other team, no worries.

If you are wrong OHL4life I am going to buy a ticket for the opening night game just to see the pregame ceremony. Tim Wallach will bring the tar and Farwell the feathers. :)

What can we expect/hope for from the projected lineup in terms of goal production??? Last years stats show a total of 257 goals:

Sop / Rehkoph / Martin (100+)
Swick / Mercer / Misaljevic (50+)
Morey / Botts / Lam (40+)
Pugs / Romano / Hlacar / Stark (30+)
