Hopefully it’s a sign of things to come. Just stay off the IR and maybe call someone up to give him a better linemate than Newhook.

Hope it sign of things to come

Cautiously optimistic

Lots of time he still goes completely disengaged then there are times he wows you.

At least the wow times are becoming more frequent

Offensively he is looking better.

Defensively, he's not at the level he was before the injury, he's not all over the ice intercepting pucks and winning puck battles with his size like he was before.

Confident that he will get there in time.

It's awesome seeing the offense and production coming from him more consistently. It's so refreshing seeing a second line that can actually produce and a lot of it is coming from Dach.

Not to be too negative as we've seen a big step up in play from him over the past few weeks, but he can do so much more for us if he improves his play without the puck. I think it'll come in time.

I remember how he looked before his injury, and especially in his stint with Chicago. He was so strong on the boards, battling and using his frame to gain and keep possession. He just needs to find this again and bring it back to his game.

The best part were not his 2 goals but the effect of his chirps to the Utah bench. Guys were all mad :madfire:

Nobody clipped it on x, they showed it all on the Utah feed.

Before his injury, he was doing the same. Dude has some Getzlaf in him.

Hughes should definitely hem on that identity and get Olivier to distribute the ass whoopings when needed.

And the 🤡 repeats himself 3x :slaugh:

But somehow could never possibly center Demidov and Laine. You could put f***ing Desharnais between those two and they’d score a zillion points.

I don’t know what people think you need for a second line on a winner but apparently it has to be wholly made up of HOF talent. Hell we don’t even know how good Dach can be. He has insane tools. That line could easily be an elite 1st line and I sure as hell wouldn’t be that shocked
