Well it's time for change since last year.Expansion Draft coming up and Dean rumored to step away from GM and Sutter booted as well. Its hurts to see Bob leave after listening to him as I first turned on a Kings game in 82 and he made it interesting and easy to understand.Bob has been in my living room since I was 11.Were going to miss you Bob and so glad that you were able not only see but call two Stanley Cup wins.

Well said. Been watching Bob since I was 13. Hard to see him go.

You really want a center badly?

Hoping for a finisher like Tippett or Tolvanen

I think Tippett will be gone by 10...have been watching some Tolvanen footage.
Would be great to have a sniper with speed like that. He's going to Boston College
next year.

That's crazy....deaderhead since he was 11, you since you were 13 and myself
since I was 12. Never forget my first game attended, 1972. 3-1 Loss to Montreal...i can still see Big Bird Larry Robinson skating...and Krazy Kozak scored the lone King goal.

Thank you, Bob, for all the countless games, over the decades!

Sutter basically **** on the roster, said they lost a lot of goals and none of the young players are goal-scorers.

Can't say that he is wrong, obviously his coaching didn't help, but this roster has a serious lack of talent.

Thank God, it's finally dead. It's finally over!

We as fans in LA have been totally blessed with legendary announcers with Bob,Vin and Chuck I grew up with all.

yeah i got a weird vibe from that presser

seemed a little bit more like a "not my fault" sell than an honest opinion. thought it was in kind of poor taste to say that stuff about "we've had a couple players look like good players when they play with drew"

maybe just poorly worded but i really really dislike that kind of "minimizing" from a coach/manager

He's been like that all season. Blamed Budaj. Blamed the rookies. Blamed Dean it sounded like. Never once did he say it was his fault.

It was strange. I felt like it was more of a shot at Lombardi but he buried most of the roster in the process, not sure if it was one last plea to keep his job or a **** you on his way out the door

Dean and Sutter both need to go.

The roster is not good, and it was not well coached.

Time to turn the page and get some new ideas behind the bench and upstairs.

Agree. I'd go outside the organization too. Get someone with an outside perspective that can see how weak the Kings are in certain areas. Someone with no loyalty to anyone.
