Camp starts on the 19th at Toyota Training Center, then it moves to Staples Center after the 20th.

Also, the Kings have invited free agent goaltender Jeff Deslauriers as a try-out.

They haven't announced it yet. I'm sure Rosen will have more info up about it on lakingsinsider.com.

Likely auditioning for a role in Manchester, just in case they are hit with another injury between the pipes.

Bartosak could be penciled in as a starter with the Ontario Reign, leaving a backup goalie position open behind Berube in Manchester.

I can't see Deslaurier settling for a backup role in the AHL when he could be an AHL starter or one in Europe someplace and likely make more. I'd assume this is a chance to maybe showcase himself for other teams and LA needed someone in camp so they can send down Berube and Bartosak early to get ready for their respective minor league camps/teams.

Deslaurier is just here to back up Jones in the event that Quick suffers a setback and isn't ready to start the season.

Kopi will be back in LA on Friday and in his last interview here in Slovenia before going back he said there is only one goal for him for the next season: "repeat"
