Thank you for the welcome :) Well I hope they win on Monday night. I'm going to be at that game and it's my birthday. So there's no better way to celebrate it than with a Kings win. To go along with that ring replica their going to be giving away at the game.

I also hope we stomp the Coyotes this weekend. I can't stand Mike Smith.

you'll fit in fine around here. ;)

I really didn't mind his celebration. It was in the moment, he tied it up with less than 10 seconds left, I don't know why everyone's so upset about it

I also thought it was tad over the top. However I respect the kid and think he has tremendous talent. I'm still bitter though  Wild game.

I just chuckled because the building was going crazy like they'd won the Cup. But I remember the dark days of the Kings when things like this would make the building go crazy, so I can understand where they're coming from.

Okay. What the hell happened. You guys were winning the game and controlling the game when I went to bed and when I woke up to taunt some oiler fans they were way to happy. What happened?

Where did you read that?

Listening to TSN after the game.Reporters said players thought it was over the top and really unnecessary. I agree, I didnt mind the celebration, but the excessiveness of it was not needed, especially for a regular season game.

Clifford – Kopitar – Carter
King – Richards – Nolan
Brown – Stoll – Williams
Richardson – Fraser - Lewis

This is exactly it and our city is just insane about hockey. Throw in the lockout and waiting to see our 1st overalls play and it's obvious why there was so much emotion. You guys can certainly shrugg off this game though cause it was crap reffing for both teams. Quick looked amazing too, I'd say he's the best goalie in the league.

I thought it was a little bit over the top, I mean the guy skated AWAY from his teammates who were trying to celebrate with him  Oh well, to each his own

just cause ppl didnt like that celebration doesnt mean it was unnecessary. he wasnt showboating he was excited. let the kid enjoy it. its the biggest goal of his nhl career.

we got a point. its a step in the right direction on to the next game.

I only saw him doing a knee slide. I was too busy lying face down on the floor after that. Was there an extended celebration?

I can understand where they are coming from.. but at the same time, put your self in his shoes (or skates).. they just got waived off a goal and not having scoring all night. You're going to be happy. He's a young kid. I really have nothing against it. My anger goes towards the Kings, not the Oilers.

It should go towards the refs. They were awful for both sides.

truthfully, I wish most Kings players would play with half that emotion. nice to see the emotion. No emotion takes me back to the Andy Murray years
