Add a massive and healthy Hakanpaa to the back end and we got a squad.

Also, I think Holmberg is replaceable. Not that he's been bad, but can be upgraded for the playoffs

I wonder if they can fit Minten in eventually. Jarnkrok would fit in nicely if he's ever healthy and they don't trade him.

Berube ain’t gonna sit him for that. He probably thinks the call is soft af. If he does sit him it’ll be for other things.
He's been fine so far. No major mistakes. There was the one play in the 1st where he tried to get his stick in a battle at his blueline, but the puck popped out and led to a semi 2 on 1. Wasn't really his fault. A fluke play.
He's battled in the corners and front of the net. Won a couple of them too.

Pretty impressive period tbh. Weathered the Kings push at the start of the period, end up winning the period 2-0. Feel like in past years we let them back into this game.

They were a little lucky Kings didn't bury a couple there when they were all over the puck but it's that kind of game.

We've had plenty of games like this one over the years.

This panel.
This panel is HORRIBLE.

It's obviously a decision made WITH management. It's a long season and he has had injury concerns in the past. If he's dealing with something that could end up a lot worse if he plays (which he is as far as we know), why the hell would you play him when you brought in somebody else to be the 1B and have a young high end goalie prospect.

Terrible takes. Who is the guy on the end? Can't remember his name, but his takes are terrible.

It's a long season. Stolarz and Woll will both have chances to have a run of gsmes and our playoff starter is unknown at this time.

I am curious what the high danger chances are. Seemed like the Kings taking a lot of shots from far away hoping to clean up garbage.

They had a good amount of in tight chances. One of them in particular just missed by an inch. Leafs did well to keep them to outside shots though.

Sam Cosentino or however you spell it. Guy is a certified blowhard.
