Spencer Knight reminds me so much of my beer league goalie. It's insane. They are the same age too.

I think it's lazy to say that they're playing better with Seth Jones gone. But I think they are
Hawks have a burner on each line with AA up and it shows
Slaggert/Nazar, AA, Mikeyeh, Reichel
Earlier in the year they weren’t fast, big or talented…at least now they got D jumping in and a lot more speed up front
Also Vlasic just plays so much better with Crevier this year. Chemistry is obvious
EDM looks like a real player

Looks like O Moore is putting up good numbers in College...have seen some games where Roman Kantserov has been pretty good...he's signed for another year at Magnitogorsk Metallurg in KHL and is a RWinger...will chicago put Moore at Centre or LWing
And Vlasic and Crevier are Monsters holy cow Batman

The kinds are an incredibly slow team granted, but it’s so fun to see the speed, rush, and forechecking vision start to take shape with the big club. It’s not “coming” it’s here. Then we are going to get another wave of dudes in a month. Pretty psyched right now.

Lol. The kid is the goods. I know it's early, but I think the Hawks offloaded a locker room cancer in exchange for their starting goalie for a decade.
His athleticism is unreal. He makes it look so easy. His pad saves and recovery are textbook, as good as it gets. Edgework is beautiful. Only 6'3, but has some really long legs and covers the entire bottom of the net. He goes post to post so quickly. Just one of those goalies you hate to see in the net against you.
Personally the trade was a home run

I think it was a home run straight up, Jones for Knight. The 1st rounder on top of that is just insane to me.

Think it was Kyle staying solid in his request. They weren’t going to get bullied by Seth or his agent (his right with a NMC).
Tells zito this is what it will take without retention and this is what’s needed with it.

No worries. Nobody else has, either. Even people in Raleigh.
I think Florida is really going to regret it, as early as April. And really regret it the first time Bob starts to slip. But I soured on Seth Jones two years ago.

Maybe it could happen. Think they’ll be happy this and next year for sure. Maurice is a stud of a coach, the locker room should be good for Seth. Just think he was just apathetic here especially at the end.
