I loved that aggressive play where he ended up getting the puck to King for the game winner, though.
I figure teams are usually hands-off with this stuff, but I wonder at what point management/teammates step in and say "alright Slava, use this stick instead of the clay one-pieces you've been using."

Man I want the kings to win, and hate the loser point. but since it exists I wouldn't mind the caps picking up a point. I want the leafs to miss the playoffs.

But I can see how opponents only possessing the puck 30% of the game is boring for them! GKG! Come in hot!
Well that coupled with the Kings terrible offense for most of the year is enough to make most fan bases dread the Kings coming to town.
How is it even possible to have some of the best possession numbers and one of the worst offenses?
Come the F on with the Pearson/Carter/Toffoli line. I thought this was just a patch for sending Richards to the 4th line against Florida. Sutter has really gone from not playing either of these guys/benching for months on end to playing 2 rookies on the same line? I'm still not buying it... Sutter's just trying to punk us.

Since I lived in D.C. for a little bit while attending grad school, I kind of viewed the Caps as my second favorite team to follow after the Kings. So yeah, the above scenario with both teams getting a point and the Kings getting the extra point wouldn't be so bad. I want to see Leafs fans lose their **** just like they did in the playoffs.
