Quick was a little too aggressive and left a big fat rebound for Penner.
 
Quick needs to respect the play and stop facing the puck carrier all the times, for such a good goalie it's such a dumb flaw. Read the play, two players on attack, back up and give yourself a chance.
 
Quick reaction on last goal was terrible.

I hope i will see better game in next period.
 
I won't be too upset if we lose tonight, I expected them to be tired after the game last night, but it's still frustrating.

Every team we play against should be shooting for that outside pad for an easy rebound goal, he is to aggressive good but aggressive and its his 1 BIG flaw.
 
One rough game and the league has figured quick out? Good thing you guys aren't cheering for another team.

I know, the stinkers after he was sick, too. But no one is praising him for being skmething like .940 over the last stretch.

Edit: there it is. 7-2-0 with .932 in March.

How was he before it? What can't point out the flaws in his game? You don't believe he's too aggressive ever?
 
Nice seeing the big guy get a goal!!!

Game doesn't mean a whole lot... with Smith going down it's not like the Cryotes are going to be catching the Kings. I mean no way they beat Pit tonight. No way.

Quick has flaws like any other goalie but if you're pointing out his aggressiveness as a detriment I'm saying it's at worst a double edged sword. Without that aggressiveness, he wouldn't be Jonathan quick. I take his aggressiveness every day of the week knowing what he brings to the team and what that does to shooters.

To look at a broken play and talk about that as a "dumb flaw" is just flat out disrespectful to his game.

Edit I don't even think he was too aggressive there, I think he was slow to get back like he was on the lecavalier three poster. It's actually atypical of him.
 
Side note we are injuring the hell out of the caps tonight. Backstrom wrecked his head and shoulder on that doughty hit.
