Sitting in a hotel room in Kauai watching the Vegas game Monday using my Apple TV , texting my son after the goal early in the 3rd and it goes like this:

No urgency and that starts w leadership
Green would never allow Doughty to act like that
That's the wildest last 4mns I have ever seen.
"Let's just say the entire hotel thinks I just got laid"


Now here we are 4 days later, three points ahead of Anaheim, four points ahead of Calgary, a point behind Dallas and San Jose won 3 games in a row after giving up 1st goal in all 3 and first 2 in 2 of the 3 games. People are now asking "who do we want to play in the 1st round". Can we catch Vegas? What a roller coaster week What a team, what a sport, what a vacation!

Playing .500 at home the last month is finally catching up to us, will be another reason the Kings miss out on the post season.

That’s the spirit! Who knows how we will fare in the playoffs but I believe we have a skill set that still makes us a healthy underdog when push comes to shove! We’re healthy and I’m hoping big!
