4 points in 5 games and a ton of shots. I’m happy. Whatever else is going on with this team he’s not part of the problem.

Arvidsson establishes his shot early and often which opens passing lanes as the defense has to expect it, especially off the rush. We yell at Vilardi and Kopitar to do the same thing all the time.

Arvidsson is off to a strong start. The Kopitar Arvidsson Brown line had 18 points in 5 games. The rest of the forwards have 11 points.

He’s also currently on top of the team for shots, with a 5.3% SP. You want to see him increase this because his linemates are shooting 11.8% and 35.3%, which is almost impossible to maintain. He’s getting plenty of ice time, almost 19 minutes a game, which is an increase on his historical numbers. He’s on PP1 so that’s his opportunity to find ways to pump his goals. Hopefully Todd figures out that Walker on PP1 is the best option while Doughty is out, and not Roy.

The only area for improvement is taking penalties. He’s second on the team behind Roy.
