Watching the 2010 nightmare on Elm St. not sure why it got such bad reviews. I find it highly entertaining.

I was never a NoES fan but I didn't mind the remake either. I was never a fan of the "VS." movies (Godzilla vs King Kong) either but I liked Freddy vs Jason as well if you haven't seen that one.

Of course being a big Jason fan, the entire film could have been like Kenny vs Spenny and I would have liked it.

I've seen pretty much every good horror movie that exists and believe the remake simply didn't receive good ratings because Robert England wasn't in it.

Yeah, I can see that. It'd be like Back to the Future without Michael J Fox and Christopher Lloyd.

However, I saw this deep fake video where Tom Holland's face is imposed over MJF's and Robert Downey Jr's on Christopher Lloyd's. If and only if these two were cast would I entertain a remake, otherwise I'd boycott it-lol. I don't have to worry though, one of the Zemeckis brothers owns the final rights to the films and he basically said as long as those rights are in his possession, it'll never happen.

Ya agreed. I liked freddy vs Jason as well. Thought it was a tad corny, but overall super entertaining. I definitely wish Robert Englund would came back one more time as Freddy.
