Given the Pegula's investment around the arena, it's not shocking that they are going to go the 'refurbish' route rather than a new Arena. My guess is they are waiting until their lease and try to get some tax breaks to help offset the cost of the major upgrades. And probably going to wait until the 'money pit' stadium is finished.

Shouldn’t we have heard about the next phase of renovations already? Nothing going to happen this off-season?
