Will fix everything
I don't think you fire Adams now. its not like there is someone who can come in and turn this around in season.

You hire a consultant and have them do a top down evaluation of the team and front office and come back with a list of recommendations for the off season. No major deals are done without running them by the 'advisor'

Ken Holland isn't doing much. Plenty of retired GMs who are probably bored out there.

The one thing you can't do is keep doing the same thing.

We need to fire Adams, so that the new GM can come in and buy out Cozens and Samuelsson while their buy out number is still very low. The clock is ticking.

This is a great idea, except it means Terry would have to (a) pay someone and (b) listen to them, ergo, it cannot happen

I agree. All day. Keeps adams from doing more damage with desperate moves.

Adams really needs to go. He has had plenty of time and has proven he is not good at anything.

You most certainly DO fire Adams now. This clown is going to become desperate and do something even dumb for Kevyn Adams in an attempt to save his job. GM’s around the league are waiting to cherry pick him.

They absolutely can keep doing teh same thing, and will. Karmanos to GM, Kevy upstairs, they'll hilariously sell that as change.

I watched the first game the Sabres ever played, I've never seen anything so disgraceful.
Not to be an internet ranter, but I'm not watching, listening or reading this team until this guy is removed from our team.

I go back to the mid 80s as far as following them.
At this point, I'm holding out on hope that Terry will come to his senses soon and set some organizational standards.

I'm close though. If they just give everyone new titles and think the fans won't be on to them, then im done for good and me or my family will never spend a dime on that team again.

If your problem is execution it doesn't help to order another report on the organization.
Fix the simple and obvious problems first, if you are incapable of that no one can help you anyway.

Everyone wanna blame Kevyn, but who the f*** blows a 4-0 lead against no goaltending? A bad coach.

Lindy got their ear for 2 games, but he’s ultimately a dinosaur who woulda never coached in the NHL again were it not for penny-pinch Pegula.
