Player Discussion Kaiden Guhle

I thought he was incredible tonight. I'm not sure there's a win streak without him.
The second he went down
I had resigned myself to no playoffs.
And wasn't even upset because still happy with the progress of the team this year regardless

But f***! the boys didn't lay down and die, and neither did Guhle, worked his TAIL off to come back from a gruesome injury
Now he's BACK and is absolutely the reason we're up THAT much in the standings instead of being merely up by like 2 points or something and we'd still he sweating ffs

Thank GOD for Guhle man
(I'll tackle these NUBS that want to trade HIM over Matheson in the offseason. Not worth the energy right now lol)

Put the idea of trading this guy out of your head. It's not happening and the last couple games are exactly why.

The idea that we should rob Peter (trading Guhle) to pay Paul (filling a #2c hole / get a RD) is nonsense, especially when we have a war chest of assets.

Give me 60-70 games per year of this guy, I don't care. He tips the scale in those games.

If he had limited offensive ability he wouldnt rank in the top 30 production wise at 5v5 3 years in a row.

Also does he really get caught that often?
what stat are you using for 5v5 production? He's never put up more than 22 points in a year so I have a hard time believing he's top-30 in straight up production

He gets caught pretty often for his elite defensive tag. You fabricating numbers again? Kaiden Guhle has a career high of 22 points. His offense is indeed limited.

P/gp of course hes missed a lot of games. The bulk of the last 3 years is pretty evident though.
What are you watching, assuming you are watching, right? You shit on Caufield and praise Guhle for his offensive ability. Feels like this a satire account right now, seriously.

Leads the team in goals by a defender at 5v5, tied with MM and Hutson at all strengths (His are all at 5v5).

No offense tho lololololololololololololololololololololololololololollololololololololol

Had a huge game when we needed him most.

I equate him to Weber without the slapper (but a better wrister)

Glad he's becoming the beast he was in juniors etc...wild that we have him and Hutson on D. Just a shame neither are righty...c'mon Reinbacher!

Definitely deserves an A whenever Matheson is gone.

Big time respect to the Gouhle. Wow! He's a big time player. Congratulations to a phenomenal game. No doubt he read our comments before playing tonight.

Legendary game.
