The contract is hardly prohibitive, and it would be a bigger shock to me if Kadri wasn’t an effective NHL centre for all of it.

He’s in great shape, he’s a great skater and he doesn’t have any leg injuries.

Gonna be tough to find many better Cs available for $7M over the next few years.
Keep him then

Fair, but that probably won't be the case much longer, let's be honest, playoffs are not in Conroy's plans this year or the Flames wouldn't have the league's third lowest payroll
