My Guess at

50% retention good value (2nd rd pick + prospect).
25% retention very little value (3rd rd pick)
No retention your trading him for a similar type of player... Someone overpaid but who's cap hit is likely more manageable

I can't wait until the Flyers get rid of him. I'm tired of seeing him skate around with that green mouthguard he endorses hanging from his mouth while he slowly skates around avoiding the plays.
