That goal has nothing to do with rotten luck. Yes we have been out playing them but that was a bad rebound by Campbell that he could stop

It really is no different then any of the other close out games. Teams just wait the Leafs out and know we will f*** ourselves eventually regardless of the shot counter, without fail we f*** ourselves with some ridiculous turnover and the other team scores.

Stop blaming Campbell. He made the first save, the d should have been there for the rebound. When the opposing beats your defense to the rebound, that is on your defense. Plus the forwards were lazy getting back.

I'm not blaming Campbell, I'm saying he and a number of players did not make good plays. Campbell played the rebound to the worst possible place he could have other than into his own net. That's not ideal

Campbell let’s in a softy again to start game 7 and instead of being sub .900 in elimination games, he’s now sub .900 for the entire series.

Who cares if Vasi has not been on his game, if we got top 15 goaltending the series is already over.

Campbell is 20th in the nhl playoffs in goals saved above expected.

I think he was .890ish coming in

It's not luck. Eventually that excuse dries up. They have to show enough class and finish to actually win the game. The goalie has to make the saves and the forwards have to finish. Sounds incredibly obvious, but there is nothing more to it than that.
