Please stop already. There is only so many time you can tell the same story over and over about the dinosaurs attacking and it being because of some bad guy.

It's been 30 years, they'll reboot the series keeping a villainous white man but swap everyone else out for more progressive characters

For some reason the movie will still make $1 Billion worldwide and $350+m in the US

Talk about beating a dead horse. How many time can you kill the dude and he'll return? They're going to eventually do a flash back movie where he survives the first Atom bomb test at Los Alamos, New Mexico, a place also know as Jornada del Muerto. translated: "Dead Man's Journey"

Yeah, that doesn't look much better than the last few. At least it appears to revolve exclusively around dinosaurs, unlike the last one, which had a lot to do with insects for some reason.

Re-reading the thread, I was reminded that Gareth Edwards is the director. I expect very competent direction that isn't enough to fully make up for bad writing. We'll see.

BTW, what's up with Johansson? She looks like they spray tanned her before every take.

These are movies that need puppets and animatronics to get the great realism and for it to age well, but it's just going to be another cgi-love feast.

Re-reading the thread, I was reminded that Gareth Edwards is the director. I expect very competent direction that isn't enough to fully make up for bad writing. We'll see.

The staff of this movie is actually very good, but I suspect you're going to have 100 Hollywood storyline cliches that have been repeated over and over again.
