Riley Nash signs with Blue Jackets
so much for him getting 3+ million long-term.
I'd take Riley at 3x2.5 over Nordstrom at 2x2.

Shocked especially after beagle and Ryan. Low aav, best UFA signing today imo.
originally reported 2.4 but is actually 2.75. Still would gladly give him that deal.Shocked especially after beagle and Ryan. Low aav, best UFA signing today imo.
On no planet should Ryan and Beagle get more term and money than Nash.
I would have liked to have kept him at that price, but am willing to wait out to see what the Bruins do.

If the Bruins don't make a big move soon I'm really underwhelmed by this offseason.
Really hoping the plan is Backes there and not Kuraly
Tavares was what a minus 20 last year?

Our buddy Leo gone to the Island
now the third best team in the Atlantic (on paper) and I don't see how anyone could argue otherwise
something needs to happen or we waste our last few years of elite Bergeron/Marchand being elite players
Panarin trade would be ideal. If not, take another flyer on Rick Nash
The Leafs are going nowhere with that defense and Andersen. They'll score 300 goals and win games 6-5 in the regular season, but they have no defense and will be beaten by a gritty team in the playoffs again. Then when Nylander/Marner/Rielly/etc. are due for raises in their RFA years, there's no cap left. Team's going to implode and it's going to be glorious.
Bruins should make a trade around Krug and Panarin and we'd be back in business.
Rick Nash? The same Nash who is considering retirement and didn't sign today because of it?
Yes that Rick Nash, the one that scored over 20 goals last year in a season shortened by a concussion
That Rick Nash that is the only half decent RW left on the market
Glad I could clarify
