That's every large enough fanbase. Any large group of people is gonna have a decent amount of low life clowns

I follow the Toronto Raptors, they had "fans" commenting racist things on player's social media posts and sending death threats.

I follow the Philadelphia Eagles, those fans hate everything and everyone and have even shorter memories than Canucks fans.

if/when jt miller is ready to come back. our media is a cesspool. they will ask him alot of questions. i hope they dont. and he will answer "i just needed a break" to mentally reset. no questions about drugs/alcohol, family issues none of that stuff.

Well to be honest its their job to ask and he is a public figure.

There is a difference between the job and say the repertor Embiid really likes.

This feels less like moping and more like someone completely broken and trying to hold it together. This is way too drastic a response to losing a game in November. Something is up with the guy and hopefully he can get to a better place with this break.

I've dealt with severe depression for more than a decade now. He's masking as best he can, but you can tell he's struggling to keep his head above water.

Not saying that's exactly what this is, but that's how it felt watching this clip.

We don't know what is going on. But what I can say for absolutely sure is that when things aren't right - really not right - there is only so long you can keep it together. I know that personally, have experienced and am experiencing it now. I can hardly imagine having to do that in public, with all the scrutiny, and speaking to media and so on.

Hope and pray every good thing for the guy.

Hope you are hanging in there ziploc. Life has its challenges but usually, things tend to come around if you let them. Praying for Miller, you, and everyone out there who is struggling.

I'm just gonna say it - you would have to be oblivious not to notice the change in Pettersson's demeanor since Miller stepped away. There is or was something going on between those two. No point in speculating exactly what it is.

Sounds similar to the dynamic between Wheeler and Laine in Winnipeg. Two very different approaches to the game and what it means to compete and be a professional.
