Not so sure about that... He looks to be building confidence each game on this call up stint.
While long term, yes of course starting to see his efforts rewarded/validated by the stat sheet will have an impact, but for now I suspect that if he keeps building on his assertiveness the way he has these past few games, he'll stay with the team.
We'll see how tonight goes. Last game vs a very good Sens team in a tight game until the last few minutes, Roy earned more ES time than 4 other forwards... if he continues to earn ES time like that, I doubt they will be swapping him out to roll the dice on testing out a different AHL option down the stretch unless injury forces a call up.
