He may not be much more of a threat than before offensively but he is absolutely relentless in every other aspect of his game. It's easy to see he takes things at heart and wants to win more than anything.

Him and Gallagher. A lot of fans wanted to throw in a draft pick or prospect so a team can take Gallagher. Some wanted Habs to buy Anderson out.
Both guys have been outstanding this year.

I think it's carrier. You don't really hear anyone singing his praises at all. The only exception was when he was newly acquired, and the team immediately made a big push after he came on board.

Good for him. I thought he was lazy and awful last season, would have traded him for free. But he’s been an animal and learned how to PK. Quite a useful player. Not the Top 6 power forward we hoped to have acquired, but I wouldn’t trade him straight up for Domi now anyways.

My favourite Josh Anderson moment of the season. He's been excellent.
I'm excited to see him in the playoffs. The year Columbus eliminated Toronto, Toronto described him as a physical menace in that series.

Really glad that Anderson is getting this kind of recognition. He deserves it.
I lost track of whether it was last year or the year before, but it is amazing how far he has come back from that ridiculously long stretch where he couldn’t buy a goal and appeared to have lost all of his confidence.
This year, the Habs are on the very of making the playoffs and that doesn’t happen unless every player buys into their role right down to the 4th line, 6D, and backup goalie. Anderson, Dvorak and Gallagher have all accepted that they are no longer top 6 players and are making important contributions as a great 3rd line. It is easy to see why St Louis trusts them so much game in game out.
