Joseph freaking Woll

I'm glad he came up biggly wiggly. Seems like a solid kid. People should stop being so negative.

I think some criticisms are fair, but to compare him to Sammy is a bit much. This guy never let's anything get to him. He can let in a bad goal, or even have a bad game, and still come up strong when needed.

My biggest criticism of him is he doesn't play the puck well. Florida is definitely a team where you have to make good, fast decisions or you'll pay the price eventually. Tonight, I actually thought he was decent in that department.

It seems as though as soon as they go behind with Woll for whatever reason the team loses confidence compared to with Stolarz.

If they want to Win G7 they need to get the lead out the gate.

All hail da "Woll" .. maybe our 1st "money" tender since Potvin .. da truest test coming up in game 7 .. cats will try to run him guaranteed if they can't get t him .. hopefully refs will be on our side .. last nigth was a reffing travesty .. absolutely terrible look for NHL and its refs with 1 sided game managment .. Matty almost loses an eye NOTHING .. then he high sticks PENALTY .. complete JOKE Bettman .. get some refs who will call a FAIR game

This kind of shit derails careers.. he came in strong in the playoffs and had some solid regular season play. But man he
whiffed on his opportunity

I don't think Joseph Woll can recover from his Game 5 and 7 performances. He was put in a tough spot to come into the series but wasn't mentally prepared at all. Really lost it for me in Game 3 when he derailed the Leafs masterful start. Team spent 3 games in a daze just to claw back in the series.

We will either be hoping for Game 6 and dreading Game 5 and 7 the rest of his Leaf career and it won't be worth the anguish.

Pull the plug and slide him out of town in a hockey trade this summer.

I go back to what ifs.

The Leafs rolled a tandem all season, in turn both were in a good rhythm and did well.

Then playoffs come and they ride 1 horse? Woll has to be better with his opportunity but I think Berube could have put him in a better position by getting Woll into there playoffs in game 5 against the Sens.

Just my humble opinion. Nonetheless Woll delivered a couple of solid performances (the 2-0 loss and 2-0 win). But those other two, ouch.

Team and goalie miscoordination in Game 3 and 4 really sunk them. You had to kill the champs early while they were down.

Trash goalie. Please move on from him

He just stopped battling in Game 7 and started giving up goals in high volume. The team didn't deserve a better fate but man if you're a difference maker you hold them into it a little longer.
