Congrats, excited to see what his skill-set can bring to our team.

Good to see a prospect come up and play now that our season is ****ed.

I wonder if they'll put both Shore and Weal in the lineup to see how they perform. Sink or swim. Give the old guys who don't have the legs to skate anymore the day off.

You can't sit the old guys who may be playing their final King game thats a slap in the face. No matter what you think of their play this season they were all important to this team for many years and deserve to play that final home game. I dont think its fair to end their final game with the Kings with a healthy scratch.

Maybe they aren't all that healthy

Weal should get a few shifts as our 3rd line C tomorrow. I don't expect a ton but if he can bring his skating and style of play up with him then he could turn some heads. Well they have given us all a reason to make this a can't miss game.

He'll probably play wing becuse Sutter a very loyal coach to his vets. I could see him still playing Stoll and Richards knowing it may their last games as a Kings. No matter how the season ended, it would be IMO the right thing to do for what they've done for the Kings over the last 3 playoff runs.

Thanks a lot Darryl, give me no reason to be excited about a meaningless game

so instead of playin for monarchs weal gets to sit on the bench.

was it sutter decision? read on twitter something about not having a jersey.
imagine how gutted he must feel. sucks.

Hardly "gutted" to spend the weekend in LA with the big club. Disappointed, I'm sure, but there's worse things in life than making a pro-rated share of his NHL contract on a beautiful day in Southern California.
