He was better on faceoffs at least, I'll give him that (not that anyone could possibly argue otherwise).

Chris Butler received a huge amount of crap. He wasn't a great D-man by any stretch but a lot of the blame should've been directed at Brent Sutter for playing him 20+ mins a game.

I forgot about Butler and his absolutely epic brainfarts. Decent if unimpressive player 80% of the time, and inviting complete disaster the other 20%.

Good for him. Horrible this past year, but he was more than serviceable last. Happy he'll get the opportunity to play out his last years at home.
