For everyone who isn't already doing this.

Fan590 or TSN1050 always have the Joe Bowen call streaming online. Get it going on your phone or tablet or laptop or whatever.

Click mute on your TV. Assuming everyone has PVR, use the pause button to sync up the call with the time delay. Joe knows people do this and say "Puck is dropped" to help you with the timing to sync it up.

God i love this commentator announce games he does it with such viggor and he doesn’t always talk about the other team and pick out how good they are and how bad the leafs are I know he’s a good leafs fan he is but he is more non bias then the sports net are towards Toronto. It’s never how good Toronto plays it will always be the other team could have played it better

Back during one of our series against the Bruins I ended up driving a ton for family reasons, and had to listen to a few games on the radio. Listening to Bowen for those games in my car, rather than watching the TV broadcast, ended up being some great memories for me. Thanks, Bowen, for all you do.

His voice is the Maple Leafs, for me. That sound is as iconic.
