As expected another stellar GDT. Awesome Christmas movie.

Jets should have their skating legs back under them and I think we will see a much differently played game but with a similar result. How huge is a split on the road and how much bigger is taking em both?

NHL Jets are now in completely foreign territory having won a game in the 2nd round.

If I was Laviolette, I'd be telling the Preds that they gotta get in Hellebuyck's face this game. Cuz if he sees it, he stopping it. If that happens, expect some net-front fireworks this evening.

Maurice might be thinking along the same lines and anticipating this happens at some point. Each D pairing has at least one player who can drop someone on their ass pretty quick and pretty hard (Buff, Trouba, Chairot).

I think new York would have asked themselves 7 years ago when they let the team back to Winnipeg are we ok if they win the cup. my guess is if the answer was no they wouldn't have let them back. no one is sitting there plotting against the Canadian teams.
