I also have a feeling someone's gonna make a reach pick with McQueen, and I feel like that dude's bait, so maybe someone like Martone, Misa, Hagens or Schaefer drops. But with the way this team's looking, they probably don't need anybody to drop.

It sucks that we have the worst media for the Pens and these morons have influence on fans and they push the wrong narratives.

We should be hearing Fire Sully chants.

What a bunch of f***ing morons. A lot of this fan base deserves Sullivan to the full extent of his contract.
I'd start a fire Sully chant. But I'm also planning on not buying a ticket until he is, so...

On the one hand, I get pissed at the NHL for putting so many Pens games on NHLN for those fans that only have ESPN+, MAX and TNT. On the other hand, I get to miss a lot of Pens games. I don’t know how to feel.

- - - Big minus to Malkin lately. -11, 8 PIMs over the last 6 games. Ridiculous turnover today that cost them early. 3 shots in the last 4 games. Shit defense in the OT vs Detroit.
A coach with guts would demote him to L3 and slash his minutes for a game or two until he's ready to try again.
I'm tired of players being untouchables.

+ Jarry back-to-back .900+'s. Hopefully he's turning a corner.

When your 40 year old captain is the only player on the entire team that shows any heart, and has to fight someone that cheap shotted him, you're a complete joke of an organization. I rarely watch this shit show, and I'll continue not watching until they get rid of this douche nugget coach

It’s the lack of pride thing that has me not watching games these days. Most of these guys know they won’t be in the NHL longer so they play coward hockey the way Sully likes so they can bank as many of the good checks as they can before it’s off to the minors or post hockey life.

I find it very hard to care about this franchise nowadays as well. Haven’t cared much since the pandemic quite frankly and it’s only gotten worse.

Sure doesn’t feel like the same team I fell in love with watching as a young lad back in ‘93

No heart. No real on-ice identity anymore. No hunger. No drive. No real likeable players.

Just “Sullivan hockey” 🙄🙄🙄

Hell they can’t even play a full 60 minutes. Nevermind a full 60, consecutive games in a row.

The good news is that this is the first time in years, decades even, that this team really isn’t effecting my emotions. I refuse to let it happen. every single day this teams has Sullivan being the bench is another day I say they are doing this to themselves

People keep thinking that getting Crosby both started and ended the rebuild, when really it was a lot of smart drafting and development by both CP and Shero that actually laid the foundations to 3 cups.

I don't see a lot of actual development going on.
Though some of it was unintentional due to the economic situation they were in, it was actually done really well.

Get top end talent at the top of the draft: Crosby, Malkin, Staal, MAF

Get lucky on some 2nd/3rd round guys: Letang, Rust, Guentzel, Murray

Trade for complimentary talent: Kessel, Guerin, Kunitz, Schultz, Daley, Hagelin

Round out the rosters with UFA: Gonchar, Sykora, Fedentko
