I honestly don't mind if we lose a game where the other team actually attempts to play hockey. I love playing Nashville or Chicago but this isn't hockey it's a relic style of play that badly needs to get the hell out of the NHL.

I think we got a decent result out of those three. The world does not work in a way where we just parade victory after victory.

Wheeler was off and made 0 good plays, Scheif was rusty as expected and Laine was a warrior, playing a hard physical game, setting up his linemates and scoring a goal. Maybe we'll see LSW reunited when Wheeler remembers how to play wing again and Chef shakes off his rust...

It's common to shorten the bench when you are trailing a couple of goals in the end of a game.
