Haven't checked the stats but I thought we looked better defensively quite a bit. A few blunders still, but a lot of guys did a good job recovering when someone f***ed up.

Offensively. . . Hit the net. A good amount of high quality chances, but we just missed a lot.

Good game. The Game from Opposite World, just in time for Halloween.

Jets shut down a lot of potential high-danger chances before they could develop, haven't seen much of that this season.

That was a very hard fought win by the team tonight. Really no complaints with anyone on the ice.

Helle was a wall.

Morrissey broke out of his funk with a very good effort shutting down McDavid. Poolman tried but we need an upgrade their badly, the guy just doesn't move the puck well enough.

The other 4 dmen all played a nice all around game.

The Lowry line was excellent all three played really strong games.

The top line is still not really generating all that much though. We need to reconfigure our top 6 I think.

Little was solid and Ehlers and Connor where good.

Gus and Perrault played well, Bourque was a non factor

Having Little back is nice. Copp just works much better with Lowry.

Still too much net presence for the opposing team. A few times Hellebuyck had no idea where the puck was when it was shot.

Did not expect a scoreless tie and I'm extremely impressed! Maybe the season is yet salvageable.

PP needs some serious work though.

Lots of compete by the back end tonight. Bent a few times but didn't break.

Poolman looked a bit over matched by McD and Drai, out of position and flat footed a few times but made it work.

Ville looked a bit over matched in the corners tonight and still afraid to make mistakes. His night was a bit of a roller coaster, still so much potential and upside tho.

Thought the rest of the D was pretty steady for the most part. Did a good job collapsing and clearing the front for the most part tonight.

Nice to have Litts back and push everyone down the line up. He was pretty steady for his first game, nothing flashy but gave stability.

Gus was great in the first 2 periods then didn't play much down the stretch but I loved his game. Winning some draws, covering D men, cycling in the O zone. Good stuff.

Big win for Helle and the boys against a hot team, hopefully this flips our fortunes like a few years ago.

Up to 10 points in 10 games now for 2nd in the division. We are at least keeping up with everyone else in the division which is good. Minny, Dallas and Chicago have had a rough run out of the gate. If we can keep pace good chance we finish top 4 in the division.
