Jets winning 10 in a row....they're due for a loss. And they might not take us seriously and just waltz in thinking they don't have to work for the two points and maybe we surprise them?

Reading posts lately it seems that the Sens should just pack it in and focus on next season, no point trying anyways.
You're absolutely right!

1. Winnipeg has won 10 in a row.
2. We've lost 4 in a row.
3. No Pinto. (Maybe) no Norris.
4. Tkachuk gave it his all (injured) for Team USA, but can't be bothered to dress up for the playoff drought-ed, free falling team he's the captain of... That's after playing uninspired, one-speed hockey for weeks, before suddenly morphing into prime Lindros the second he flew to the 4 Nations.
5. Meanwhile, our best goaltender this season is playing in the AHL and insisting he's good to go after taking a hard hit that would have taken another one of our goalie out for a month.
6. Furthermore, Steve Staios is still "assessing" the team (zzzzzzzz) and won't do anything to help the offense... No matter how cheap and/or plentiful the options on the market.
7. Finally, Gary reduced Hartman's suspension for slamming Stützle's face on the ice (very uncharacteristic of him), yet insists on upholding the 1st round penalty on us for fired-GM Dorion's buffoonery.

With all that going on, I for one will definitely make the trip from Montreal to Ottawa just to wave a giant white flag in front of the CTC before the game begins.

Last time I was this nervous about Linus he came through with the best goaltending this team has ever seen.

And these matchups of top goalie vs top goalie always bring out the best in these guys, I expect Linus to return to form and be excellent Thursday

My guess is Brady and Pinto are still out. Norris in. Crookshank and Jenik called up as replacements.

Super pumped about Tragically Hip night. Great omen for the team, some of the best nights ever had in Ottawa were at Hip concerts and the vibes Thursday are going to be immaculate.

Norris not in now according to the article posted above. Yesterday they said they expected him to play tonight against the Jets. Good lord.

Not looking good.

The Senators are sinking and none of em want to swim 🎶

Panic has set into the fanbases and especially the bloggers have gone so soft ice cream is jealous.

We’ve been through a lot as a fanbase so I’ll never call the fans soft - but holy shit the fanbase and media need to stell themselves and just have some confidence in this team

If they go 15-10 good they will make the playoffs.

To those who believe and are keeping the faith - good on you, let’s ride these softies out and be there to welcome them to the playoffs afyer they’ve changed their diapers

Butchering Hip lyrics - if that’s what you’re hearing in your head right now you’re soft bro - sorry but that’s just the truth

Three straight blowouts will do that to you.

If this team was healthy I'd say they have a chance to win, like they have for most of the year. But they are not healthy.

And the healthy guys look like they are waiting for the not-healthy guys to heal up.

So yeah next two games I think we're pretty f***ed, which isn't a great feeling. Especially since that hill they have to climb slowly gets bigger every night.

They are 15 wins from a playoff spot and you’re saying the mountain is getting bigger - holy shit dude afyer all this fanbase has been through and we are 15 Wins form the playoffs and 31 wins from a Cup and you’re seeing doom.

Ottawa will make the playoffs 100% guaranteed - sucks to be a Sens fan that looks at Detroit or Montreal and thinks they are better then us no matter what our current circumstances are
