They were looking good up until that 2-0 goal. Well, pre-season is great for exposing this stuff.

The good:
I liked Chisholm and Gawanke's game. Good offensive movement from both, and relatively good defensively. I thought Perfetti looked good, Gus very steady, Eyssimont a pain in the ass to play against, Maenlainen was good, Lucius didn't look overwhelmed, and Dubois looked better as the game went on. Even Capobianco didn't look terrible out there. The systems were good to work with a subpar group.

The bad:
Rittich makes good saves, but lord do his bad things look really bad. Needs better decision making with the puck, and his rebound control is pretty scary. I'm going to miss Comrie. Special teams needs a good work with some good players.

The ugly:
