I don’t understand this move …… It seems like a waste of $$$$$$!

- first off it cost $42,000+ for this waiver pick up! So that basically wipes out 85-90 % of my season ticket contribution of my 4 seats for this year.

I do not see him lasting a month!

- He has 10 goals in 114 NHL games and makes $850 k on a 1 way contract!

- U have Toninato that u just sent down making $750 k on a 1 - way contract playing on the moose who has 12 goals in 168 career games.

It’s like leasing a car 🚘 and keeping in the garage until the lease is done! Just incase!

Why would we care about the dollar impact of the deal as long as it doesn't affect the cap? It's Chipman/Thompson's money, the only time I care how they spend it is when it impacts the cap.

We'll see if he can contribute anything.
Yeah, I could use a few bucks...

this is grabbing a warm body while we have injuries and the flu going around
I don't know about that. I think the Jets may be looking for a player that can back up Appleton in the lineup, because Gagner isn't that type of player, and alot of the guys who had to play their offside on Lowry's line have had some struggles in the defensive zone. And Reichel I don't think will get the call this year. I think Kuhlman probably has more to offer than Axelsson-Fjallby, so you could invevitably see one waiver pickup knock another one out of the lineup. The fact he knows a bunch of guys on this team, might be someone to keep around in a reserve forward role on a longer term.
