While Ville's gaffe with the puck wasn't good. I really thought he was moving the puck extremely well and getting into the play smartly so far. His puck movement on the PP was superb as well

He definitely needs work in his end but I agree. He looks extremely confident with the puck.

I think offensively when he has time to make a play he's been good at drawing players towards him to create open ice for a teammate to pass to and it's led to some good pp opportunities. Defensively, he's got to realize he needs to simplify his game a bit more when he gets the puck because he sometimes gets caught trying to do too much or make an extra move under pressure and gets bent over for it. He's got some skill, these things can be fixed.

Another uninspired effort from PLD, he's been okay on the PP mainly being receipient of Heinola's one-time setups but completely ineffective at 5 on 5 against an AHL group.
