The next few weeks will be hilarious, I can already see people trolling us by posting a pic of Fitz with FIRED underneath like they do on Instagram.

There’s some troll accounts on there that regularly post fake out firings and trades as such. And they’re admitted satire accounts, but people will take to the internet with those pics and promote it as true.

I’ve left him largely alone this season but tbh if you’re such a great coach at least patch this team up enough to limp into the playoffs. You still have a six point lead in early March and goalies largely playing well

to me that's a bit of a shorthand for "a high pick who very quickly became an extremely good AHL defenseman at 19 years old and then very quickly acclimated to the NHL game and looked like one of the best defensemen on the team." Seeing how he's previously played at the NHL level makes it very hard to see this struggling stretch and think he's gonna be the bad forever.

But... he's hard to watch right now.
