By every metric, that is an excellent Caps team

It would be delusional to think we can walk into their rink and dominate them for 60 minutes. They get a say as to how the game goes, too

In a game like that, winning is all that matters. Just like playoffs

No doubt Caps are an excellent team. I don’t think that was their best tonight.

Some self-inflicted wounds. Two very stoppable goals on Helle. And two more goals where the Jets were very soft in defending the guts of the ice.

Bottom line, great teams find a way to get two points in those games. I don’t even the most hardened and cynical “fan” could argue this is a great Jets team.
