Terrible first - rest of the game was good - Helly exceptional! Sanford can really win puck battles and adds a ton of size - cautiously optimistic on him. Appleton always good....

I don't think most of them were very good chances, and the ones that were shouldve probably been goals if a better player was on the end of it. Hellebuyck was very good though.

Yeah, it's wasn't as hard as the shot clock would tell you - but he kept the soft ones out of the net and he's had problems in that area lately.
I agree - he played well and we need that every now and then.

They started to put the puck in the net! Even with Svech's goal called back, they didn't seem to give up...

Stanley has been playing better lately, as long as he doesn't try to do to much he keeps the mistakes to a minimum.

All 6 of them need to play that way - but I agree, he's keeping it simple and he's moving the puck well.
It also helps that his wing man is playing a more basic game - Smitty has also been better lately.

Just got back from the game, Helly was very good and tracked the puck well all night. 1st period was awful but it really looked like guys trying to figure out new guys, nice goal from Svetch even though it didn't count, damnit. Met a bunch of family that drove in from Calgary to see their son Hayes play for Vegas, kinda cool . Oh and i'm going to get the job of playing the music at games next year, just horrible, talk about not having a clue how to pump up a crowd. Now we boogie.

Can’t NOT cheer for a win, but Helle playing lights out was what made the team think they were playing fine for a couple of years.

Vegas, with all of their injuries, were goalied. Simple as that.

Pretty fun game to watch live. Making Vegas our bitch is really satisfying.
I liked Sanford’s game, he protects the puck quite well and retains it. He made a few things happen out there.
Svech was great
Connor was Connor, a bit of a slow 1st but he was around it a lot after that. Couple of great apples on the night.
Ehlers, electric as usual. Missed his play when he was out, good chance they’re in a playoff spot if he didn’t miss all that time.
Morrissey was fantastic tonight.

Copp had 2 assists tonight in his Rangers debut. Rangers lost 7-4.

Svech was great. He might be the best player on the team when it comes to short pressure relieving passes.

Getting Svech was a gift. We need to extend him. Not sure where he fits next year but there has to be a spot for him.

Keep the faith, we're very much in the hunt, and the Jets will prevail. These other teams just a nose in front of of can also go on losing streaks. Jets are playing very good lately.
