Has anyone had issues with their jets account? I have 2 credit cards on my account. I changed my payment to make the second card my primary card for my points program. My other credit card was still billed last month. So I contacted my rep and he said he fixed it. Today I just decided to pay the whole account off and emailed my rep. Guess what. The old credit card was billed yet again. Anyone else having issues?
