After the lost last game, this is the game i wanted the JETS to win vs the CHAMPS.

I mean schief didn’t do it alone as we have seen Helly have to. All the set ups were pretty nice.

4/5 Skeletons, this team can play with any team in the NHL. Scheifele with the hatty, 4 lines goodness, the posts were Helle's friend tonight. Barron gets 2 EN'ers they all count. Nik bad then good then bad then good, it's his career. I liked Slammies game tonight but I really liked Joshua's all around game tonight. Panthers are great team defending champs but the Jets were better tonight. CLC was jumping once again tonight and the Jets deserve the support.
Yeah it was loud and people very engaged. After Morgan’s first empty netter was the loudest I’ve heard the building in a while.

Exciting game! The Panthers played a great game but the Jets did too. The Jets were better at capitalizing on their chances when it really mattered. They got the Panthers running around a few times and made them pay. I lost count of the number of posts and crossbars the Panthers hit. Sucks to suck, I guess.
Scheifele played a great game to where a hat trick almost doesn't even seem enough. Barron tried for a "Wheeler" hat trick and, beyond that, there were a ton of other positive player performances of note in this one.
The fourth line had another impressive, solid game.

Man, I love it. Stayed one step ahead of the Panthers, had a little bend but didn't break. Kept the lead and closed it out. Showed guts. Dammit, I want these boys to get over the hump this season! Really happy to see such a boisterous crowd too. Winnipeg truly is a great sports town with an incredible history of highs and lows. We the fans have been through more adversity than most. This win is a bit of sun after a gloomy weekend.
So kids, what lesson have we learned? ( from the Florida home and home series)

These games are nail biters and I love them, I also think it's great for the team psyche, beating the defending champs in a close hard fought game has to be rewarding.
I don't think anyone will be surprised that the game was a sold out and full throated. Jets games are the place to be once again

Hooray, back in the win column! Our penalty killing sucked, but overall it was a good game. Nice to see Morgan Barron get the monkey off of his back with that beauty bank shot goal! I give this game four "Inspector Clouseaus" out of five...
