I agree--even if he had double vision, and a fractured ankle, and a sprained thumb --I take Mason all day long over Comrie.

I hear Mason is healthy and may start against the Habs--that be great, as we need 2 Goalies in the event Helle goes down in the playoffs. The Jet's should give Mason at least 3 games to get in the groove.

Different situation. What's Comrie done in the past to indicate he might be an NHL starter one day? One good year in the WHL? I just don't see any evidence that he'll ever become an NHL starter.

He doesn't to be a starter just a decent backup. What have we seen, that makes you confident of that.

Yes this, or even a decent 3rd stringer. Not every prospect is going to become a star, but it's still good to have them around for depth.
