Jesus the refs were awful last night, Scheifele got so blatantly interfered with by Manson that Manson stole Scheifele's wallet and no call. Me after that one.

I had to stop by after watching that dominate win. I know it’s a bit odd coming from a guy like me, but the Jets are starting to make me believe. Our depth is insane. I love Vilardi almost as much as I love deep fried pickles.
May I ask what you had/have to drink? I went with a couple of Trans-Canad Brewing variety packs.
Mad Scientist is actually a great beer IMHOA bottle of Chimay Blue, Trans Canada Brewing's Cranberry Stout, a can of One Great City's Mad Scientist IPA, and a can of Half Pints' Little Scrapper IPA. Nothing super interesting
I imagine he could have been a huge difference in New Jersey or BuffaloMad Scientist is actually a great beer IMHO
How is that Cranberry Stout? I’ve thought about getting it before, but I haven’t yet.A bottle of Chimay Blue, Trans Canada Brewing's Cranberry Stout, a can of One Great City's Mad Scientist IPA, and a can of Half Pints' Little Scrapper IPA. Nothing super interesting
My strongest memory of those old parties from the 70s and 80s were how much my eyes would be burning from all that the second hand smoke floating in the air. It's no wonder I started smoking when I got older lol (I've quit though, almost 3 years now).
Well then no more game watching for you then because the Jets are playing really good the last few games.Glad to see the team winning against good teams. I haven't had a chance to watch most of the last few games but the parts I've seen have looked good.
It was clearly a fantasy post, but let’s not pretend Crosby wouldn’t make this Jets team a scary opponent. He’s still better than a point per game and his leadership/experience is invaluable. Why do you want guys who are past their expiry?
Ya i thought so too but i still think you switch Scheifele and Perfetti's spots. Let Scheifele stand in the middle and have Perfetti on the side feeding people.I thought the PP looked a lot better this game. That is the last missing piece IMO. If we can get that going, we can compete with any team in the league.
Crosby would be a great add, maybe Chevy will make some magic at the deadline. It was clearly a fantasy post, but let’s not pretend Crosby wouldn’t make this Jets team a scary opponent. He’s still better than a point per game and his leadership/experience is invaluable.
Personally I see Perfetti as Pavelski lite. Vilardi has great hands in tight, but he plays a much more robust game than Pavelski.Somebody mentioned Pavelski as a Vilardi comparable and I've seen that too. His hands in tight are insane, but if you give him space he's a very skilled playmaker as well. Plus being defensively sound and great net front. If he can stay healthy that trade will be highway robbery.

Kup?Connor Scheifele Vilardi
Ehlers. Namestnikov. Niedereiter
Iafalo. Lowry. Appleton
Perfetti. Gus Barron
*when KFC returns.
Although there is likely to be an injury or two by then.
Totally. I also remember once a couple of uncles got hammered them giving me some of their drink, never affected me at all growing up.My strongest memory of those old parties from the 70s and 80s were how much my eyes would be burning from all that the second hand smoke floating in the air. It's no wonder I started smoking when I got older lol (I've quit though, almost 3 years now).
No way Perfetti is on 4th line. Too much offensive talent, needs to play with top guys either Ehlers, Connor or Scheif.Connor Scheifele Vilardi

BrilliantHe's not an A+ GM, I'd reserve that for privateers like Lou Lamoriello, and anyone that ever got to trade with Mike Milbury. But a definite B+ to A- GM and most importantly, a defensive wizard in the front office. The next time Chevy gets ripped off will be the first time, as Old Man Jack down at the poker room would say.
I haven't either - way too busy with the seasonal stuff.Glad to see the team winning against good teams. I haven't had a chance to watch most of the last few games but the parts I've seen have looked good.
We were part of that cocktail circuit in the 70s. We bought a bigger house in 78 and it became the most popular place for everyone to gather. It's amazing our girls didn't grow up with lung cancer. The amount of liquor we went through in those days was phenomenal. I think we were mid-30s before we wised up and started moving half our cabinet out of sight before the friends started dropping by.My bedroom backed on the only bathroom in our house. My parents were part of a big group that rotated through each others' houses for cocktail parties in the 70s. Suffice to say I learned how to sleep through the toilet flushing nearly constantly on the other side of the wall.
Been a Guinness man since I was tall enough to reach my Dad's shoulder.Mad Scientist is actually a great beer IMHO
The way the 1st line is playing i would leave it and put Connor with Namestnikov and Perfetti . Connor against the other teams second pairing and the way both Perfetti and Namestnikov can pass , yes please. No way Perfetti is on 4th line. Too much offensive talent, needs to play with top guys either Ehlers, Connor or Scheif.

You can switch Ehlers and Connor depending on how things are going or you can switch Perfetti and Villardi.
