1 Kyle Connor showed great Wheels for the opener.

2 Blake Wheeler’s stick handling had wheels on the second.

3 Mark Scheifele had a Wheely good tip for goal three.

4 Blake Wheeler with another goal giving this first line car four Wheels as Blake goes 2 goals 2 apples.

5 Speaking of apples, Appleton caps off the night for number 5 and Hellebuyck with the shutout!

This picture perfect night deserves a congratulations and a 1000 Luc Stamps of Approval.

We’ll likely go back into our “make no mistakes” shell. We’ve seen this movie before. End of year when it doesn’t matter Maurice gives them a couple games to just have fun.

Sorry man but I don’t even really get this type of fandom. Playoffs are just a time to let go and hope for the best. Sports history is littered with the unexpected. Why burden yourself with dread before it even starts. In all honesty if I felt like you do before it even starts I don’t get why you even pay attention.

Just watched the highlights (worked an evening shift tonight) - looked like CSW FINALLY got skating. Just good matchups, or what?

Captain Intensity looked (on the highlight reel anyway) like he time warped back to 2018. Nice.

Apples definitely deserved his goal after several earlier chances.

Helle didn't look too challenged, but had a couple of nice stops.
