I was at this one. Great atmosphere, lively crowd, the US backup chant was epic.

Just a well rounded game. Jets were faster and efficient with the puck. Ehlers and the 4th line stood out to me. Vilardi should have buried a couple.

Love that the Jets countered some dirty plays with some of their own and then killed off the penalties (except Stanley's but somebody behind us broke the shutout rule)...Really impressed with the way the Jets played in front of their own net, forwards broke up some Grade As.

Now comes the grinding road trips, but Arniel has got the team to put points in the bank.

Ironically, there is a LOT of bitching about line combos in there lol. As if it would have made much of a difference

Some HFJets posters should browse through there to see from a different perspective what it looks like to do that when losing to a better team

There was a poster here who when the 22-23 Jets were hot in the first half of the season made a post here saying he was bored of all the wins, that winning games was foregone conclusion, that he was past the regular season already and thinking about the playoffs. Don't remember his handle but it was the "flip the switch" guy. Only for the Jets to go in and have a historically bad 2nd half and almost missing the playoffs.

Kupari reminds me of Darren Helm. A fast skating, good forechecking PK center that can win a draw. Maybe not what he was drafted to be but he can have a long career in that type of role.

I’m beyond impressed with 14-1. As others have said, I’m already worried about how hard that inevitable next loss is going to hit.
This team can roll a solid 4 lines with some speed and tenacity that is hard for other teams to handle. The power play is so incredibly fun to watch. It’s like they figured out the idea of movement and quick passes.
They set a freaking NHL record today!
