Just went went back and watched the replays of the goals. Right now they are giving Connor credit for an assist on Scheifele's goal, but it was actually Perfetti. Not that it matters in terms of the win, just thought I would make mention.
Agreed. I like the chances of this team maintaining their play. They are much deeper and more balanced than last season.

He's similar to Stastny. He processes the game well. At 2 million dollars a year he's a steal.

He just seems to be missing that last finishing bit but he's been excellent
Haha, yeah I said something like "that Connor is so hot right now he's stealing points that aren't even his :p". I'm sure the NHL will review and correct it at some point. Gotta think there is a vested interest to get the points correct with Sports betting.
I've only had a chance to watch the first two periods so far but a big win.

Thought JoMo had a big game. All of Ehlers, KC, Perfetti and Scheifele looked great.

Hopefully when Vilardi is back there will be more balance to the forwards TOI. Pretty obvious that Arniel doesn't have the same confidence in AJF that he has in Kupari. Still not sure who gets bumped from the top 6 (or top 9for that matter). Everyone seems to be clicking

They'll get it right in the end, all goals are reviewed. But it shouldn't take away from Connor's game. He was a force tonight.

Just finished watching the game from my PVR as I had a class earlier.
Wow, what a game! Bolts are a pretty good team and I thought we kept pace well.
So close to my prediction of 3-1 with DeMelo scoring first (he did get the primary assist after all).

That's fine considering we're paying him less. He's a net positive when he's on the ice and that's a nice situation to be in. A lot of teams pay more for a player to be a net negative.
