Don't know why this sprang to mind, but Olie the Goalie:

Its such a damn shame they got rid of these Jerseys. This is by far the best colour scheme the Capitals have had. The red and white they use now is overplayed and common in the NHL. Watching them this playoffs is a chore, Montreal - red and white, Carolina - red and white.... BORING!

Great pick. I came in here to say Kovalchuk and the Thrashers sweater. But I was actually thinking this one.

When I was younger my favourite player was Kovalchuk, and people would ask why I liked such a poopy team, and player.
Now that I am on hfboards, everyone seems to love Kovalchuk, brings a smile to my face! Vindication!!!!
